3 – 7 Years of technical expertise within Oracle EBS
2) Worked on at least two Oracle HRMS implementations / upgrades
3) Very comfortable explaining functionally various Oracle HRMS modules from the front end
4) Must have the following development experience (API, Reports, Interfaces, Setup and Personalization’s)
· Oracle HRMS Core
· Oracle HRMS Talent Management – good to have and not mandate
· Oracle HRMS Compensation Workbench – good to have and not mandate
· Oracle HRMS SSHR – good to have and not mandate
· Oracle AME & Workflow Builder
· 2 -3 years of technical support in the Oracle HRMS 11i(post implementation experience)
5) Hands on Oracle Framework development experience in building modules (not just personalizing) including modifications and customizations
6) PL / SQL development experience
7) Oracle Discoverer Reports experience
8) Excellent written / communication skills
